Since the 13th National Party Congress, under the guidance of the theory of the primary stage of socialism, the reform of the health system has been accelerated and deepened. The author passed the practice of the four-year reform of Shanxi Textile Printing and Dyeing Factory Staff Hospital, and discussed the purpose and methods of reforming the operating system of the enterprise-owned hospital.
