目的 了解大连市某区社区卫生服务机构医务人员的手卫生知识知晓情况,为提高社区卫生服务机构医务人员手卫生执行率提出建议.方法 采用问卷调查方式对大连市某区社区卫生服务机构医务人员进行手卫生认知、行为调查,并对结果进行分析.结果 社区卫生服务机构医务人员手卫生设施相对完善,医务人员手卫生与消毒知识掌握较差.参加培训频率不同的医务人员的洗手行为情况差异有统计学意义(x2=15.49,P＜0.05).结论 某区社区卫生服务机构医务人员手卫生相关知识知晓率有待提高,需采取有效的干预措施来提高手卫生质量.“,”Objective To study the hand sanitary status of medical staff in community health center in Dalian so as to improve hand Sanitary effect.Methods The questionnaire method were used to investigate and analyze the medical staff hand hygiene knowledge and behavior.Results The hand hygiene facilities in community health center is relatively perfect.The medical staff grasp poor knowledge of hand hygiene and hand disinfection.The hand hygiene behavior between different medical staff who attend different training was statistically difference (x2 =15.49,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Medical staff hand hygiene remains to be improved.Effective intervention measures should be taken to improve the quality of hand hygiene.
