氮气隔热技术具有氮气导热系数低及压力降低后体积迅速膨胀的特点,能隔热助排。施工时,按照设计管柱完井后,从环空连续注入定量的氮气,从油管注入定量的蒸汽,氮气和蒸汽在尾管处混合进入地层。根据在古城油田泌123断块部分井中的应用效果分析,该技术可以减少热损失、提高注汽热效率;同时可以提高原油产量,降低吨油成本。
Nitrogen gas insulation technology has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity of nitrogen and pressure drop after the rapid expansion of the volume, heat insulation row.
