对于一个企业来说员工是这个企业的基础,员工思想工作开展的好坏,关系到企业能否稳定、快速、健康的向前发展。这几年来,随着能源开发的日益扩大,油田企业得到了突飞猛进的发展,在高收益的驱动下,如何保证油田企业职工的思想先进性,是关系到油田生产稳定性的根本。做好油田员工思想管理工作,能够增强企业职工的凝聚力、战斗力,是提高职工思想道德素质、职业道德素质的有效途径。本文主要对目前油田企业中员工的思想问题进行了分析,就如何提高和开展员工思想管理工作,提出了一些个人观点和看法,供各位朋友鉴赏。
For an enterprise staff is the basis of this business, staff ideological work carried out is good or bad, relates to the enterprise can be stable, rapid and healthy development. In recent years, with the continuous development of energy resources, oilfield enterprises have made rapid development. Driven by high profits, how to ensure the ideological advance of employees in oilfield enterprises is the fundamental factor that affects the stability of oilfield production. To do a good job in ideological management of oilfield employees can enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of employees and is an effective way to improve their ideological and moral qualities and professional ethics. This paper mainly analyzes the current ideological problems of employees in oilfield enterprises and puts forward some personal opinions and opinions on how to improve and carry out staff ideological management so that they can be appreciated by our friends.
