目的建立离子色谱法快速测定饮水消毒副产物二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸的方法。方法选用Ionpac AS19阴离子分析柱,在线产生8 mmol/L~45 mmol/L KOH为淋洗液,梯度淋洗,流速0.8 ml/min,电导检测器检测,进样体积500μl。结果二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸在0 mg/L~0.20 mg/L范围内线性良好,精密度高(RSD<%4.0),二氯乙酸相关系数0.9991,回收率在90.5%~99.4%之间,最低检出限为1.22μg/L;氯酸盐相关系数0.9995,回收率在86.5%~97.0%之间,最低检出限为1.90μg/L。结论方法简单、快速、灵敏,可适用于饮水消毒副产物二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸的检测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid method for the determination of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water by ion chromatography. Methods An Ionpac AS19 anion analytical column was used to generate 8 mmol / L ~ 45 mmol / L KOH as eluent. The gradient elution was performed at a flow rate of 0.8 ml / min. The conductivity was detected with a volume of 500 μl. Results Dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid showed good linearity and high precision (RSD <4.0) in the range of 0 mg / L to 0.20 mg / L, the correlation coefficient of dichloroacetic acid was 0.9991 and the recoveries were between 90.5% and 99.4% , The lowest limit of detection was 1.22μg / L; the correlation coefficient of chlorate was 0.9995, the recoveries were between 86.5% -97.0% and the minimum detection limit was 1.90μg / L. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and sensitive and can be applied to the detection of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water disinfection by-products.
