目的文章通过实验验证八段锦功法对大学生心理健康的影响,为未来健身气功的进一步发展,以及中华民族优秀传统体育文化的进一步弘扬,做铺垫。方法主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对广西民族大学西校区30名非体育专业大学生进行为期14周的八段锦功法练习,对受试者实验前后SCL-90水平的得分情况进行分析。结果实验组实验前后SCL-90各因子的得分均有所下降,都明显低于2分,其中,男生的强迫症状、人际关系敏感、敌对、恐怖、偏执和总均分都发生了非常显著性差异(P≤0.01),躯体化和“其他”因子得分发生了显著性差异(P≤0.05);女生的偏执和总均分发生了非常显著性差异(P≤0.01),躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁和敌对发生了显著性差异(P≤0.05);部分因子改善不明显可能是因为八段锦的练习要取得良好的心理效应还需要更长的时间作为保证。结论长期练习八段锦可以促进大学生的心理健康。
The purpose of this article is to verify the influence of Ba Duan Jin Gong Act on the mental health of college students through experiments and pave the way for the further development of Health Qigong in the future and the further development of excellent Chinese traditional sports culture. The methods mainly used literature review, expert interview, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study the practice of Ba Duan Jin Gong for 30 non-PE majors in West Campus of Guangxi University for Nationalities SCL-90 level score analysis. Results Before and after the experiment, the score of each factor of SCL-90 decreased obviously, both of which were significantly lower than 2 points. Among them, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility, terror, paranoid and total score were all significantly different (P≤0.01), somatization and “other ” scores were significantly different (P≤0.05). There was a significant difference (P≤0.01) in somatization, There were significant differences in obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression and hostility (P≤0.05). However, some of the factors were not significantly improved. It may be because Badujin exercises still need more time to obtain good psychological effects. Conclusion Long-term practice Ba Duan Jin can promote the mental health of college students.
