冬小麦抗寒育种已经进入了田间常规育种与分子育种相结合的阶段,而CBF/DREB1类基因已经成功应用于植物抗逆基因工程。本研究通过对CBF家族中的CBF2基因进行实时定量分析,确定该基因在不同低温处理下表达情况,结果得出,4℃冷驯化6h冬小麦叶片中CBF2表达量达到最高,不同低温处理下冬小麦叶片在0℃作用2h,CBF2表达量最高,其他处理其表达量变化不大,而在3℃处理2h后温度升至室温后,表达量略有升高。
Cold-resistant winter wheat breeding has entered the field of conventional breeding and molecular breeding phase of the combination, and CBF / DREB1-like genes have been successfully used in plant stress resistance genetic engineering. In this study, CBF2 gene in CBF family by real-time quantitative analysis to determine the expression of the gene under different low temperature treatment, the results obtained at 4 ℃ cold acclimated 6h winter wheat leaves CBF2 expression reached the highest under different low temperature treatment of winter wheat leaves At 0 ℃ for 2h, the expression of CBF2 was the highest, while the expression of CBF2 did not change much in the other treatments. However, the expression of CBF2 increased slightly after 2 hours at 3 ℃.
