为了配合广大干部对《全国公开选拔党政领导干部考试大纲》中有关领导科学内容的学习与理解，从本期起，我们陆续刊发由中共黑龙江省委党校领导科学教研室编写的领导科学知识要点。在我国领导科学的教学与研究中，中共黑龙江省委党校起步较早。该校第一个在全国党校系统中开设领导科学课程，参与了我国第一本作为干部教育教材的《领导科学概论》的编写，第一个在全国开设领导科学专业的研究生班，因而在领导科学理论研究上具有一定的权威性。这次由该校编写的领导科学知识要点，将会对广大干部学习领会《考试大纲》、积极参与公选考试有重要参考作用。
In line with the cadres’ study and understanding of the scientific content of leadership in the “Outline of the Public Examination of Leading Cadres in the Party and Government”, starting from this issue, we have successively published the key scientific knowledge points for leadership written by the leading science department of the Party School of Heilongjiang Province . In China’s leading science teaching and research, the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Party School started earlier. The first school in the National Party School system to open leading science courses, participated in China’s first cadre education textbook “Introduction to Leadership Science,” the preparation of the first in the country to open leading science majors, so leadership Scientific theory has a certain degree of authority. The key points of the leading scientific knowledge compiled by the university this time will be an important reference for the cadres to study and understand the “syllabus” and take an active part in the public election examination.
