24月龄老年大鼠晶状体混浊发生率为100%,而青年组各鼠晶状体均未出现混浊,941方用药老年鼠晶状体混浊发生率及浊度显著低于或轻于老年对照组。老年大鼠晶状体内还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活力,晶状体皮层与核重量比值等明显低于青年鼠,LPO含量显著升高,醛糖还原酶(AR)活力无明显变化。941方用药老年鼠晶状体内GSH、SOD含量,GSHPx的活力及晶状体皮层与核重量比值明显增高,LPO含量、AR活力显著下降。
The incidence of lens opacity in aged rats aged 24 months was 100%. However, there was no opacity in the lens of young mice. The incidence and turbidity of lens opacity in 941 square-aged mice were significantly lower or lighter than those in older controls. The content of reduced glutathione (GSH), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity, lens cortex and nuclear weight ratio in the lens of the aged rats were significantly lower than those of the aged rats. In young rats, the content of LPO was significantly increased, and the activity of aldose reductase (AR) did not change significantly. The content of GSH and SOD, the activity of GSH-Px, and the ratio of lens cortex to nuclear weight in 941 square-treated mice were significantly increased, and the LPO content and AR activity were significantly decreased.
