中医认为,“肺主秋,肺收敛,急食酸以收之,用酸补之,辛泻之。”意思就是说,酸味食物能收敛肺气,而辛辣食物发散泻肺。所以,秋季常吃梨、番茄、柠檬、乌梅、葡萄、山楂、石榴、猕猴桃等酸味水果可养肺,还能达到止泻祛湿,生津解渴、健胃消食、增进食欲的作用。辛辣的食材用于烹饪调味没问题,就别大量食用了。秋季总体的饮食原则是:清润食物为主,增酸味食物减辛辣食物,这样才能最大程度达到养肺的目的。
