用不同浓度的壳聚糖柠檬酸溶液泡烟草种子,旨在探讨壳聚糖对烟草种子萌发及幼苗某些生理生化特性的影响。试验结果表明,适宜浓度(1%~2%)的壳聚糖溶液能提高烟草种子活力,促进幼苗生长;可提高呼吸速率、幼苗叶绿素含量及可溶性蛋白含量;过氧化物酶、硝酸还原酶及淀粉酶活性也随壳聚糖处理浓度的增大而明显提高。
Different concentrations of chitosan citric acid solution soaked tobacco seeds to investigate the effects of chitosan on tobacco seed germination and some physiological and biochemical characteristics of seedlings. The results showed that chitosan solution with appropriate concentration (1% ~ 2%) could improve the seed vigor, promote the growth of seedlings, increase the respiration rate, chlorophyll content and soluble protein content of seedling; peroxidase, nitrate reductase and Amylase activity with the chitosan treatment concentration increased significantly.
