以加筋壁板应用为背景,研究帽形梁先进拉挤热压装置。提出热压模具长度设计方法,选定了热压模具加压工作方式;以制件成型后各截面厚度一致为原则,给定截面尺寸进行受力分析与有限元验证;优化模具加压点间距,完成加压机构设计;选定预浸料体系,计算所需加热功率,设计加热方案;最后,完成了热压装置研制和帽形梁拉挤试验。
