利用激光切割同轴视觉检测系统,获得了火花簇射的同轴视觉图像。证明该图像和侧面视觉图像一样,可以提取反映切割面粗糙度的特征信号:在无缺陷区域,随着切割速度的变化,火花簇射同轴视觉图像不同亮度带像素数的极大值对应于最低的切割面近下缘粗糙度。
Using laser cutting coaxial vision inspection system, a coaxial visual image of spark shower was obtained. It is proved that this image, like the side visual image, can extract the characteristic signal reflecting the roughness of the cutting surface. In the defect-free area, the maximal values of the pixels in different brightness bands of the spark-shower coaxial visual image correspond to The lowest cutting surface near the lower edge roughness.
