本文探讨了新时期人力资源开发和利用的趋势,并提出人力资源管理创新建议:首先管理者要转变观念,走出传统的误区,把人力资源能力的开发与广纳人才放在战略的位置;其次人力资源管理的改革与创新要落实到制度的建设上,建立一种灵活的引进人才和推动人才成长的机制。
This paper explores the trend of development and utilization of human resources in the new era, and puts forward suggestions on innovation of human resources management. First, managers should change their concepts and walk out of the traditional misunderstandings, putting the development of human resources ability and talent selection in a strategic position. The reform and innovation of human resources management must be implemented in the construction of the system, and a flexible mechanism should be established for the introduction of qualified personnel and the promotion of the growth of qualified personnel.
