为消除斜井运输过程中因矿车发生跑车带来的安全隐患,根据矿车跑车时的实际工况,设计了一种以速度作为制动阀值的自动防跑矿车。建立了新型自动防跑矿车的虚拟样机模型,运用动力学分析软件ADAMS对机构进行了动力学、运动学仿真分析,验证了新型自动防跑车装置具有及时抓捕的功能,可有效防止跑车事故的发生。
In order to eliminate the potential safety hazard caused by the occurrence of sports car in the inclined shaft during transportation, an automatic anti-running tub with speed as the braking threshold was designed according to the actual working conditions of the sports car. The virtual prototyping model of a new type of automatic anti-running mining car was established. The kinematics and kinematics simulation analysis of the mechanism was carried out by using the dynamic analysis software ADAMS, which verified that the new automatic anti-sports car device had the function of timely catching and could effectively prevent sports car accident happened.
