近年来,随着全国师范类院校的不断扩招,集体课开始慢慢取代个别课,成为钢琴教学中的主要形式。相比个别课而言,集体课能在合理节约利用教学资源的基础上,满足更多学生的基本教学需要。长沙师范学校学前教育专业一直以来采用的就是集体课教学模式,取得了较好的教学效果。但随着招生规模的不断扩大,入学时有钢琴基础的学生越来越多,集体课教学的弊端开始慢慢显现—统一的教学内容无法兼顾不同程度学生的需求,部分学生教学效果不理想。为了解决这一问题,所有钢琴教师经过数次讨论及教学实践,提出了一个全新的教学模式—分层教学。
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of enrollment in normal colleges and universities throughout the country, collective classes have gradually replaced individual lessons and become the main form of piano teaching. Compared to individual lessons, the collective class can save more on the basis of teaching resources to meet the needs of more students’ basic teaching. Changsha Normal School pre-school education has been used is the collective class teaching mode, and achieved good teaching results. However, with the continuous expansion of enrollment, there are more and more students who have piano foundation at the beginning of enrollment. The drawbacks of collective teaching begin to appear slowly. The unified teaching content can not meet the demand of students with different degrees, and some students’ teaching results are not satisfactory. In order to solve this problem, all piano teachers through several discussions and teaching practice, put forward a new teaching model - layered teaching.
