波兰斯卡维纳(SKAWINA)加气混凝土厂位于克拉克夫市的西南郊区,是用粉煤灰、石灰、石膏为主要原料生产加气混凝土砌块和板材。砌块尺寸为:长400毫米,宽240毫米,厚240毫米;板材尺寸为:长6000毫米,宽600毫米,厚240毫米。产品容重为700公斤/米~3,相应抗压强度为40～60公斤厘/米~2。一、工艺特点粉煤灰、石灰和石膏三种原料是干法混磨加工,其中掺加混磨的粉煤灰量占其粉煤灰总量的40%。
The SKAWINA aerated concrete plant is located in the southwestern suburbs of Krakow and uses fly ash, lime and gypsum as main raw materials to produce aerated concrete blocks and plates. The dimensions of the blocks were 400 mm in length, 240 mm in width, and 240 mm in thickness. The dimensions of the plates were 6000 mm in length, 600 mm in width, and 240 mm in thickness. The product’s bulk density is 700 kg/m~3, and the corresponding compressive strength is 40~60 kg/m~2. First, the process characteristics Fly ash, lime and gypsum three kinds of raw materials are dry blending mill processing, in which the amount of fly ash blended with the mill accounted for 40% of its total fly ash.
