非上市国有科技型企业在技术创新、促进就业等方面对社会的贡献不容忽视。非上市国有科技型企业的发展离不开人才,要吸引并留住人才,激励企业的经营者、核心技术人员及其他需要激励的对象,让他们注重企业长远发展,需要企业改变传统的薪酬模式,让激励对象成为股权的所有者或受益者,股权激励正是可以实现这一目的的有效工具。笔者就现有非上市国有科技型企业现状及需关注的问题进行了分析,在此基础上提出了对股权激励方案的思考,为非上市国有科技型企业如何将股权激励发挥实效提供一些可供参考的思路和建议。
