马铃喜在收获之前,使用杀秧机打秧是保障机械化收获的重要环节之一。其中刀具是马铃薯杀秧机的核心工作部件,直接影响马铃薯杀秧机的整机性能和杀秧效果。为了合理设计马铃薯杀秧机的刀具,本文应用Pro/Engineer 5.0分析软件对马铃薯杀秧机的刀轴进行运动仿真,得出了刀轴的位置曲线、速度和加速度曲线;并通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对甩刀迸行了强度校核,甩刀强度能满足设计要求。由此验证了刀具结构及相关参数设计的合理性,为刀具的设计和失效分析提供了可靠的理论依据。
Before the harvest, the use of seedlings to plant seedlings is one of the most important aspects of mechanized harvest. Among them, the knives are the core working parts of the potato seed-killing machine, which has a direct impact on the overall performance of the potato seed-killing machine and the seedling-killing effect. In order to reasonably design the cutter of potato seed-killing machine, this paper uses Pro / Engineer 5.0 software to simulate the cutter shaft of the potato seed-killing machine, and obtains the position curve, speed and acceleration curve of cutter shaft. Through finite element analysis software ANSYS carried out the strength of the rejection of the knife check, rejection strength can meet the design requirements. This verifies the rationality of tool structure and related parameter design and provides a reliable theoretical basis for tool design and failure analysis.
