本文研究了七个白色金针菇杂交菌株在液体深层发酵过程中的滤纸纤维素酶、漆酶、酸性蛋白酶、多酚氧化酶的活性。结果表明,七个白色金针菇菌株中,6号菌株的漆酶、多酚氧化酶、纤维素酶均高于其它6个菌株,而就蛋白酶的活性而言,6号菌株明显低于对照菌株7号。
In this paper, the activities of filter paper cellulase, laccase, acid protease and polyphenol oxidase of seven white Flammulina velutipes hybrid strains in liquid deep fermentation were studied. The results showed that the laccase, polyphenol oxidase and cellulase of strain No.6 among the seven white Flammulina velutipes strains were higher than those of the other 6 strains, but the strain 6 was significantly lower than that of the control strain 7 in terms of protease activity number.
