班级叙事,即讲有关班级德育的教育故事,它是班主任叙述班级德育中的真实情境的过程,其实质是通过讲述班级德育故事,体悟班级管理真谛的一种研究方法。我一直认为,高深的理论体系、精深的理论水平,并不是从事班主任工作的必需。作为千千万万从事着具体教育实践的班主任老师来说,源于真实教育生活的班级叙事研究更具有现实意义,更具有实效性,也更有助于班主任的快速成长。所以,进行班级叙事研究,是班主任专业化发展的有效途径。
The class narrative, that is, the education story about class moral education, is the class teacher’s process of describing the true situation in class moral education. The essence is to tell the true meaning of class management through the class moral story. I always think that a profound theoretical system and profound theoretical level are not necessary for the work of the class teacher. As a teacher in charge who is engaged in specific education practice, the study of class narrative from the real education life is more practical, more practical and more conducive to the rapid growth of the teacher. Therefore, the study of class narratives is an effective way to promote the professional development of class teachers.
