人本思想源远流长。在中国传统文化中,尤以儒家“德治”思想最能代表中华民族人本主义精髓.在西方文化中,公元前五世纪古希腊雅典就出现了人本主义思想的应用。但是,对人本思想的普遍关注,却是在现代管理,尤其是企业管理实践中,并形成了基础性理论框架。本文作者认为,科研单位与企业在组织结构、管理体制、运行机制等方面不尽相同,尤其在价值追求方面,科研单位职工更注重个人的自由发展与价值实现。因此,如何将人本管理思想应用于科研单位,尤其是知识创新工程管理活动中,值得深入探讨。
Humanistic thinking goes back to ancient times. In Chinese traditional culture, Confucianism, “rule by virtue,” can best represent the essence of the Chinese humanism.In the western culture, the application of humanism appeared in Athens, Greece, in the 5th century BC. However, the general concern about the humanistic thinking is in the modern management, especially in the practice of enterprise management, and has formed the basic theoretical framework. The author believes that the research institutes and enterprises are not the same in terms of organizational structure, management system and operation mechanism, etc. In particular, in terms of value pursuit, employees in research institutes pay more attention to the individual's free development and realization of value. Therefore, how to apply the principle of people-based management to scientific research units, especially knowledge innovation project management activities, is worth in-depth discussion.
