旅游业的日渐壮大和成熟,人力资源问题日益突出,已经成为制约我国旅游业持续发展的关键性因素,并且在很大程度上影响着我国旅游业的国际竞争力。本文在分析我国旅游人力资源开发现状的基础上,进一步剖析了其存在的问题,并从优化人力资源结构和激励机制及完善制度等方面提出了相应的应对策略,以期能为改善旅游人力资源开发现状提供有益参考。
With the gradual growth and maturity of tourism and the increasingly prominent problems of human resources, it has become a key factor restricting the sustainable development of China’s tourism industry and will largely affect the international competitiveness of China’s tourism industry. Based on the analysis of the status quo of tourism human resources development in our country, this paper further analyzes its existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from optimizing human resources structure and incentive mechanism and perfecting system so as to improve tourism human resources development The status quo provides a useful reference.
