近年来,随着电子商务的快速发展,互联网对社会经济生活的渗透日益增强,网络购物成为了一种新型的生活模式和经济增长方式。与此同时,普通食品的经营也借助网络平台快速地发展起来。网络食品的产生,迎合了人们高频率、快节奏的生活需求,但网络食品在满足人们需求的同时,也带来了诸多食品问题。因而如何维护网络食品安全和网购消费者的合法利益等问题也接踵而至。本文聚焦《中华人民共和国食品安全法》,通过对网络食品安全进行详尽的分析和探讨,针对市场监管过程中存在的问题,从食品质量、法律健全、消费者维权等方面进行了研究分析,从而为网络食品安全的监管问题提出相应的对策。
In recent years, with the rapid development of e-commerce, the penetration of the Internet into social and economic life has been increasingly enhanced. Online shopping has become a new lifestyle and mode of economic growth. At the same time, the operation of ordinary food has also rapidly developed with the help of internet platform. The emergence of online food catered to people’s high-frequency and fast-paced living needs. However, while networked foods satisfy people’s needs, they also bring many food problems. So how to maintain the safety of online food and the legitimate interests of online shopping consumers and other issues followed. This article focuses on the “Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China”. Through detailed analysis and discussion of the online food safety, aiming at the problems existing in the process of market supervision, the paper analyzes and studies the food quality, law and consumers’ rights protection. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the supervision of online food safety.
