随着我国经济的快速发展,中国经济现在已经进入了快速而全面的工业化阶段。而企业管理中的内部控制在施工企业实现经营目标的过程中起着非常重要的作用,加强企业内部控制,是企业管理的基础工作,同时也对企业能否生存与可持续性发展起着至关重要的作用。但就目前情况而言,我国建筑施工企业的内部控制制度还不完善,存在着创利不高,债务负担沉重同时资金比较紧张等问题,严重阻碍了施工企业在市场中的生存与发展,建筑施工企业只有建立起有效的内部控制体系,才能够使建筑施工企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文就建筑施工企业存在的问题进行深入分析,并提出应对策略,以期为建筑施工企业内部建立权责分明、管理科学的内部组织结构提供一些借鉴。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the Chinese economy has now entered a phase of rapid and comprehensive industrialization. The internal control in the enterprise management plays a very important role in the construction enterprises to achieve business objectives, strengthening internal control is the foundation of business management, but also on the survival and sustainable development of enterprises from play to Important role. However, as far as the present situation is concerned, the internal control system of China’s construction enterprises is not yet perfect. There are such problems as not high profits, heavy debt burden and relatively tight funds, which seriously hinder the survival and development of construction enterprises in the market. Only by establishing an effective internal control system, can the construction enterprise be invincible in the market competition. This article carries on the thorough analysis to the existing problems in the construction enterprises and puts forward the countermeasures to provide some references for the establishment of the internal organizational structure with clear rights and responsibilities and scientific management in the construction enterprises.
