企业文化是现代企业的灵魂和支柱。然而,我国许多民营企业只注重短期经济效益而忽视企业文化建设,常常处于被动局面,直接威胁着企业的持续发展。伴随着经济全球化的趋势,面对加入WT0的形势,如何改变这一被动状况是民营企业迫切需要研究和解决的问题。因此,研究和探讨企业文化建设,对于民营企业摆脱困境,寻求健康持续发展的文化支撑具有极为重要的意义。
Corporate culture is the soul and pillar of modern enterprises. However, many private enterprises in China only pay attention to short-term economic benefits and neglect the construction of corporate culture. They are often in a passive situation and directly threaten the sustainable development of the company. With the trend of economic globalization, facing the situation of joining WT0, how to change this passive situation is an issue that private enterprises urgently need to study and solve. Therefore, researching and exploring the construction of corporate culture is of great significance for private enterprises to get out of their predicaments and seek cultural support for healthy and sustainable development.
