一、前言聚丙烯塑料具有优良的耐腐蚀性能及耐热性能,在防腐蚀领域中得到了广泛的应用。近年来,国内对聚丙烯的耐腐蚀性能进行了不少的研究,采用高温静态浸渍法测定了聚丙烯塑料在29种介质中的耐蚀性能,为了接近生产实际,应用应力松驰法评定聚丙烯塑料的耐腐蚀性能;还有从微观结构研究聚丙烯塑料在化学介质中的腐蚀机理。但是,在生产中发现,用聚丙烯塑料制作设备,焊缝是薄弱环节。为此,有必要对聚丙烯塑料在介质中的耐腐蚀性能进行研究,为进一步提高设备使用寿命和改进加工条件提供参考数据。
