为减少人们外出时忘记关闭空调造成的能源浪费及空调待机时的功耗,开发了一种基于PIR扫描的空调节能测控器。微型步进电机带动人体红外热释电(PIR)传感器左右方向摆动,对室内空间进行扫描,以检测静止的人体的信号。IAP15F2K61S2单片机构成控制核心,三端双向可控硅BAT41及光电双向可控硅MOC3061构成大电流电子开关电路。该测控器能根据室内有人/无人的状态,控制空调电源的通断。经测试表明,该测控器能够在室内长时间无人时,自动断开空调电源,达到节能的目的。
In order to reduce the energy waste caused by people forgetting to turn off the air conditioner when they go out and the power consumption when the air conditioner is on standby, a PIR scanning air conditioner energy saving monitor has been developed. Micro-stepping motor drives the human body infrared pyroelectric (PIR) sensor to swing left and right to scan the indoor space to detect signals of still human body. IAP15F2K61S2 microcontroller core control, triac BAT41 and triac MOC3061 optocouplers constitute a large current electronic switching circuit. The monitor can be based on indoor / unmanned state, control of air conditioning power on-off. The test shows that the controller can automatically disconnect the air conditioning power supply when the indoor long time no one, to save energy.
