随着国家教育部门对中小学进行新课程改革,体育教学中耐久跑成为了体育达标一项重要指标,由于学生身体素质的不同,学生们耐久跑成绩都不是很理想,只有采用有效的方式让学生克服耐久跑的畏惧心理,喜欢上耐久跑这项运动,才能真正地提升耐久跑的成绩。如何提升学生体育课堂耐久跑的兴趣成为了本文研究的重点,因此,根据耐久跑的教学规律,总结一些趣味的训练方法,提高学生耐久跑的成绩。
