本文报道了新显色剂2-[2-(6-硝基-苯并噻唑)偶氮]-5-[(N,N-二羧甲基)氨基]苯磺酸(简称6-NO2-BTADCABS)的合成,研究了试剂与钯的显色反应.结果表明,在0.4mol/LH3PO4介质中,6-NO2-BTADCABS与Pd2+形成蓝色的1:1配合物.在阴离子表面活性剂,十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)存在下,最大吸收波长637.8nm.钯浓度在0—1.2μg/ml范围内符合比尔定律.用双波长法测定,表观摩尔吸光系数ε637.8-510.0=6.12×104.许多共存离子不干扰测定,所建立的方法无需掩蔽剂和分离即可直接测定钯催化剂中的钯,结果满意.
This paper reports the new color reagent 2- [2- (6-nitro-benzothiazolyl) azo] -5 - [(N, N- dicarboxymethyl) amino] BTADCABS) was synthesized. The color reaction of the reagent with palladium was studied. The results showed that 6-NO2-BTADCABS formed a blue 1: 1 complex with Pd2 + in 0.4mol / LH3PO4 medium. In the presence of anionic surfactant, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), the maximum absorption wavelength is 637.8nm. Beer’s law is obeyed at palladium concentrations ranging from 0 to 1.2 μg / ml. By dual wavelength method, the apparent molar absorptivity ε637.8-510.0 = 6.12 × 104. Many of the coexisting ions do not interfere with the assay. The established method can be used to directly determine palladium in the palladium catalyst without masking agent and separation, with satisfactory results.
