目的 :研究来氟米特的透皮特性和脂质体对此的影响。方法 :采用改良 Franz扩散池 ,以离体皮肤为渗透屏障 ,渗透系数为指标 ,HPL C法测定来氟米特浓度。结果 :来氟米特本身具有较好的皮肤渗透性能 ,脂质体对来氟米特的皮肤渗透性能影响不大。 结论 :来氟米特可以采用经皮肤局部给药的方式给药。
OBJECTIVE: To study the transdermal properties of leflunomide and the effects of liposomes on it. Methods: The improved Franz diffusion cell was used to determine the concentration of leflunomide. HPL C method was used to determine the concentration of leflunomide. Results: Leflunomide itself has good skin permeability, liposomes on skin permeability of leflunomide little effect. Conclusion: Leflunomide can be administered topically via the skin.
