作者用透射电镜,观察了羊柴(HedysarumSubsp.laeve(Maxim.)B.Fedtsch)根瘤中宿主的细胞和细菌,在发育中ATP水解酶的分布及变化.结果表明,ATP水解酶活性反应的磷酸铅沉淀粒,分布于宿主细胞壁外表面、质膜、胞间隙、细胞质、细菌周膜和拟菌体等部位.尤其在胞间隙中有大量的ATP水解酶并有泡状分泌物.在幼龄到成熟直至衰老的细菌中,其细菌周膜上ATP水解酶磷酸铅沉淀颗粒呈现由少到多直至消失的动态变化.细菌有“V”“几”字型分裂,形成的细菌呈椭圆形或不规则形态
Using transmission electron microscopy, we observed the distribution and changes of ATP hydrolases in developing host cells and bacteria in Hedysarum subsp. Laeve (Maxim.) B. Fedtsch. The results showed that the ATPase-catalyzed reaction of lead phosphate precipitates distributed on the outer surface of host cell wall, plasma membrane, interstitial space, cytoplasm, bacterial peritoneum and mimic cells. In particular, there are a large number of ATP hydrolases in the interstitial space and bubbly secretions. In young to maturity until aging bacteria, the bacterial peritoneal membrane ATP hydrolyzate lead phosphate precipitation particles from less to more until the disappearance of the dynamic changes. Bacteria have “V” “several” fonts split, the formation of bacteria oval or irregular shape
