目的:研究磁场对芍药种子萌发的影响。方法:采用均匀电磁场分不同的处理强度和处理时间分别磁处理野生芍药种子和栽培芍药种子,种子磁处理后在培养皿中催芽,2个月后统计种子胚根萌发率和胚芽萌发率。结果:3000Gs的磁场处理1.5h能提高野生芍药种子胚芽萌发率和栽培芍药种子胚根萌发率,对于栽培芍药种子4000Gs的磁场处理2h能够促进胚根和胚芽萌发。结论:一定强度的磁场能打破芍药种子休眠,促进种子的萌发。
Objective: To study the effect of magnetic field on the seed germination of Paeonia lactiflora. Methods: The seeds were treated with uniform electromagnetic field at different treatment intensity and treatment time. The seeds of wild Paeonia lactiflora and the cultivated Paeonia lactiflora were magnetically treated. The seeds were germinated in the petri dish after magnetic treatment. The germination rate and embryo germination rate of the seeds were counted after two months. Results: The magnetic field treatment at 3000Gs for 1.5h could increase the germination rate of wild Paeonia lactiflora seeds and the germination rate of cultivated Paeonia lactiflora seeds. The treatment of 4000Gs magnetic field for 2h accelerated the germination of radicle and germ. Conclusion: A certain magnetic field can break the dormancy of peony seeds and promote the germination of the seeds.
