本文分析了孔翻边的应力状态和应变,由此提出影响翻孔变形程度的诸因素;通过实例,论述了各种翻孔间隙的具体使用情况,提出了翻孔间隙与翻孔筒壁顶端厚度t_1的关系,进而阐明了如何根据零件的不同精度要求和所选取的间隙来确定翻孔模工作部分尺寸;最后就不同的翻孔间隙提出了决定预冲孔尺寸的经验计算公式,从而可以提高翻孔件质量,降低翻孔模的制造成本,并缩短制造周期。
In this paper, the stress state and strain of hole flanging are analyzed, and the factors that affect the degree of hole turning are put forward. Through examples, the concrete usage of each hole reversing clearance is discussed.
