患者男性 ,39岁。因右窝部肿块进行性增大 1年 ,行肿块切除术后 2 0ｄ就治本科。术前体检 :右窝部肿块 17ｃｍ× 6ｃｍ ,质地较硬 ,无压痛 ,未触及全身浅表淋巴结。术前ＭＲＩ提示右窝内偏外侧有 17.9ｃｍ× 6 .9ｃｍ× 9.0ｃｍ软组织肿块 ,考虑可能为滑膜肉瘤。经切取活
The patient was male, 39 years old. Due to the progressive enlargement of the right axilla mass for 1 year, a 20-day postoperative management of the undergraduate was performed.
