研究应用断裂力学理论和有限元方法来数值模拟和预测焊接钢结构疲劳寿命的方法。首先基于两种具有不同焊接构造细节的钢梁疲劳试验中裂纹形成位置和扩展途径,建立了基于应力强度因子概念的疲劳裂纹扩展模型及相关参数;然后讨论如何利用有限元软件ABAQUS进行疲劳裂纹扩展过程中裂纹前缘的单元网格划分和应力强度因子的J积分计算,给出了疲劳寿命预测计算流程。最后经预测结果与试验结果的比较,验证了焊接钢结构疲劳寿命的数值分析模型和方法的适用性。
The fracture mechanics theory and finite element method are applied to numerically simulate and predict the fatigue life of welded steel structures. Firstly, the fatigue crack growth model based on the concept of stress intensity factor and the related parameters are established based on the crack formation position and propagation path of two kinds of steel beams with different welded structural details. Then, the fatigue crack propagation with finite element software ABAQUS In the process of crack front edge of the cell mesh and stress intensity factor J integral calculation, given fatigue life prediction calculation process. Finally, the comparison between the predicted result and the experimental result verifies the applicability of the numerical analysis model and method of the fatigue life of the welded steel structure.
