目的分析经会阴三维超声对评估女性盆底功能障碍疾病(PFD)的价值。方法选取医院2012年10月-2016年9月收治的行手术治疗的PFD患者57例作为PFD组,另选取同期无PFD病史的健康体检女性57例作为对照组,经会阴三维超声检查PFD组治疗前、治疗后及对照组盆膈结构形态变化。结果 PFD组治疗前膀胱颈至耻骨联合下缘、宫颈至耻骨联合下缘距离及肛提肌厚度均明显低于对照组,膀胱下降距离、宫颈下降距离、尿道旋转度、盆膈裂孔横径、前后径、面积均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);PFD组治疗后各项测值较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.01)。结论经会阴三维超声能准确显示女性盆底解剖结构,提供相关参数,在PFD临床诊断及功能评估中具有重要价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of perineal three-dimensional ultrasound in the assessment of pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) in women. Methods Fifty-seven patients with PFD who underwent surgical treatment from October 2012 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected as the PFD group. Fifty-seven healthy women with no history of PFD during the same period were selected as the control group. The patients underwent PFN treatment with three-dimensional ultrasonography Before and after treatment and control group pelvic structure morphological changes. Results Before treatment, the PFD group had significantly lower distance from the bladder neck to the pubic symphysis, the lower edge of the cervix to the pubic symphysis and the thickness of the levator ani muscle in the PFD group compared with the control group. The distance of bladder descent, cervical descent, urethral rotation, Before and after the trail, area were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); PFD group after treatment than the measured values ?? were significantly improved (P <0.01). Conclusion Three dimensional ultrasound of the perineum can accurately display the anatomy of the pelvic floor of the female and provide relevant parameters, which is of great value in the clinical diagnosis and functional assessment of PFD.
