为改善海军操作员使用舰载显控台时的人机体验,利用CATIA人机工程模块对海军操作员的作业姿态进行了模拟仿真。在此基础上,结合人机工程学理论对舰载显控台进行了人机工程设计、校核和评价。结果表明:操作员的活动空间、视野与视距、操作范围符合国家军用标准要求,作业姿态具有一定的舒适度。CATIA可为舰载显控台设计提供详细的人体数据、直观的校核和评价方法,从而发现产品设计的缺陷与不足,改进产品设计。
In order to improve the man-machine experience when the Navy operator uses the shipborne display control console, the navigational operators’ posture was simulated by CATIA ergonomics module. On this basis, combined with ergonomics theory to ergonomically design, check and evaluate the shipboard display controller. The results show that: the operator’s activity space, field of vision and line of sight, operating range in line with national military standards, job poses a certain degree of comfort. CATIA can provide detailed human body data, intuitive checking and evaluation methods for the design of shipboard display control console to find defects and deficiencies in product design and improve product design.
