目的确定测量T波峰末间期(Tp-Te间期)的最佳导联。方法测量分析1481例健康人心电图12导联Tp-Te间期,取每一例研究对象最大Tp-Te间期及其所在的导联,并绘制最大Tp-Te间期分布导联的频数表,将最大Tp-Te间期分布高度集中的几个导联确定为测量Tp-Te间期的最佳导联。结果12导联心电图上,最大Tp-Te间期主要分布于胸前导联,约占90.1%,尤其是V2~V4导联约占74.3%。这种分布在男性和女性中均具有良好的重复性。结论由于12导联心电图上最大Tp-Te间期的导联分布在胸前导联、尤其V2~V4导联具有很强的集中性,认为Tp-Te间期的测量可以只考虑胸前导联,而胸前V2~V4导联可以作为Tp-Te间期测量的统一选择。
Objective To determine the best lead for measuring the end of T wave (Tp-Te interval). Methods The Tp-Te interval of 12 leads in 1481 healthy people was measured and analyzed. The maximum Tp-Te interval and the leads in each case were plotted and the frequency table of the maximum Tp-Te interval distribution lead was drawn. Several leads with a high concentration of maximum Tp-Te interphase distribution were identified as the best leads for measuring Tp-Te interphase. Results The largest Tp-Te interval on the 12-lead electrocardiogram was mainly in the anterior chest lead, accounting for 90.1%, especially in the lead of V2 ~ V4, accounting for 74.3%. This distribution has good repeatability in both men and women. Conclusion Because the lead of the largest Tp-Te interval on the 12-lead electrocardiogram is distributed in the anterior thoracic lead, especially in the leads of V2 ~ V4, it is considered that the measurement of the Tp-Te interval can only consider the anterior thoracic lead United, and chest V2 ~ V4 lead can be used as a unified choice of Tp-Te interphase measurement.
