目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对对下颌阻生牙手术患者血清IL-6水平及牙槽骨密度的影响。方法:收集我院就诊的104例行下颌阻生牙手术患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组52例。所有患者均行下颌阻生牙手术。对照组患者术后注射生理盐水,实验组患者术后注射碱性成纤维细胞生长因子。观察并比较两组患者血清白介素6(IL-6)、牙槽骨密度水平、临床治疗有效率以及不良反应发生情况。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的骨密度水平均升高,IL-6水平均下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者的牙槽骨密度水平及临床治疗有效率均较高,IL-6水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者未出现不良明显反应。结论:碱性成纤维细胞生长因子可显著提高下颌阻生牙术后患者的创口恢复,且有效预防感染的发生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor on serum IL-6 level and alveolar bone density in mandibular impacted dental surgery. Methods: A total of 104 patients undergoing mandibular impacted dental surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 52 cases in each group. All patients underwent mandibular impacted dental surgery. Control group patients were injected with saline, the experimental group of patients injected with basic fibroblast growth factor. The levels of serum interleukin 6 (IL-6), alveolar bone density, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with those before treatment, the bone mineral density and the level of IL-6 in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the tooth density The density of osteoporotic bone and clinical treatment of high efficiency, low IL-6 levels, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Patients in the experimental group did not show any significant adverse reaction. Conclusion: Basic fibroblast growth factor can significantly improve wound recovery in patients with mandibular impacted dental implants, and effectively prevent the infection.
