动脉瘤性骨囊肿(ABC)是一种高度血管化的肿瘤样病变,约占原发性骨肿瘤的1%左右,其为原发或继发尚存争论。好发于10~20岁,5岁以下罕见,10岁以下少见。X线表现为进行性、活动性、静止性三种。进行性动脉瘤性骨囊肿无骨源性修复征象、无骨膜包壳和明显病变界限。活动性者有不完整的骨膜包壳和明确病变界限。静止性者有完整的骨膜包壳和硬化缘。作者研究了3例男性,4例女性患儿,均经病理证实,年龄2.9~10.6岁。病程1周~3个月。临床症状为疼痛、病理骨折和
Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is a highly vascularized tumor-like lesion that accounts for about 1% of primary bone tumors. It is the original or secondary controversy. Occurs in 10 to 20 years old, rare under 5 years old, rare under 10 years old. X-ray manifestations are progressive, active, and stationary. Progressive aneurysmal bone cysts have no bone-derived repair signs, no periosteum encapsidation, and significant lesion boundaries. Active subjects have incomplete periosteum encapsidation and defined lesion boundaries. Resting individuals have a complete periosteum and hardened margin.
