应用故障树分析法建立了齿轮传动装置失效的故障树图,确定了发生故障的原因与影响因素之间的逻辑关系,给出了该故障树定性描述的结构函数和定量计算的概率公式,并以大型船用二级传动齿轮箱为研究对象,运用该方法和数学模型对底事件进行了重要度计算和分析。
A fault tree diagram of gear transmission failure was established by using fault tree analysis. The logical relationship between the cause of failure and its influencing factors was determined. The structure function and the probability formula of quantitative calculation of the fault tree were given. Taking the large-scale two-stage gearbox for marine as the research object, this method and mathematic model are used to calculate and analyze the importance of the bottom event.
