目的:探讨溶栓颗粒对慢性脑供血不足大鼠的脑保护作用。方法:结扎双侧颈总动脉造成大鼠慢性脑供血不足模型,用TUNEL染色和免疫组化法分别检脑组织凋亡细胞及Bcl-2、Fas-L蛋白表达情况。结果:慢性脑供血不足可造成大鼠脑组织凋亡细胞增多,并有Bcl-2、Fas-L蛋白的高表达。与模型组比较,中药组脑细胞凋亡及Fas-L蛋白的表达较少Bcl-2蛋白表达增多。结论:溶栓颗粒可以保护慢性脑供血不足大鼠受损伤脑组织,并可能通过减少Fas-L蛋白,增加Bcl-2表达,从而减少脑组织细胞凋亡途径实现。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of thrombolytic particles on rats with chronic cerebral insufficiency. METHODS: Rat models of chronic cerebral insufficiency were established by ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries. The expression of apoptotic cells and Bcl-2 and Fas-L protein were detected by TUNEL staining and immunohistochemistry, respectively. RESULTS: Chronic cerebral insufficiency could result in increased apoptotic cells in the brain of rats, and high expression of Bcl-2 and Fas-L proteins. Compared with the model group, the apoptosis of the brain cells and the expression of Fas-L protein in the TCM group were less than that of the Bcl-2 protein. CONCLUSION: Thrombolytic granules can protect injured brain tissue in rats with chronic cerebral insufficiency, and may reduce the expression of Fas-L protein and Bcl-2, thereby reducing the apoptosis pathway in brain tissue.
