探讨处理好乳突根治术后遗留的外耳道后壁缺损及开放的乳突腔的方法。方法：以乳突根治术治疗胆脂瘤型中耳炎３１耳，骨疡型３耳。并行外耳道后壁重建加 Ⅰ期鼓室成形术，修补外耳道后壁缺损及开放的乳突腔。结果：经５年随访观察，外耳道接近正常形态，保留含气乳突腔，达社交听力者１６耳，达实用听力者１６耳。结论：乳突根治术后外耳道后壁重建并Ⅰ期鼓室成形术，对解决乳突根治后遗留乳突空腔或大外耳道，改善听力，是一种较为实用的手术方式。
To discuss the method to deal with the posterior wall defect of the external auditory canal and the open mastoid process left after radical mastectomy. Methods: 31 cases of cholesteatoma otitis media were treated by radical mastoidectomy, and 3 cases were type of bone ulcer. Parallel posterior wall reconstruction of the external auditory canal plus stage Ⅰ tympanoplasty, repair of the posterior wall of the external auditory canal defect and open mastoid cavity. Results: After 5 years of follow-up observation, the external auditory meatus was close to the normal morphology and the gas-containing mastoid cavity was reserved, reaching 16 ears for social hearing and 16 ears for practical hearing. CONCLUSION: Reconstruction of posterior wall of external auditory canal with stage Ⅰ tympanoplasty after radical mastectomy is a practical surgical method to solve the cavity or external auditory canal left behind after mastodesis.
