目的 为芎菊上清丸提供质量控制方法。方法 采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的栀子、黄芩进行了定性鉴别 ;以薄层扫描荧光法测定了制剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果 薄层色谱斑点清晰 ;盐酸小檗碱在 0 .0 6~ 0 .30 μg范围内点样量与荧光强度线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 10 1.6 4 % ,RSD 为 0 .37% (n=5 )。结论 栀子和黄芩的定性鉴别及盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法简便可靠、重现性好 ,可作为制剂的质量控制方法
Objective To provide quality control methods for Qiju Shangqing pills. Methods The qualitative identification of Radix Astragali and Radix Astragali in the preparations was carried out by TLC. The content of berberine hydrochloride in the preparation was determined by thin layer scanning fluorescence spectrometry. Results The thin-layer chromatogram spots were clear. The berberine hydrochloride had a good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity in the range of 0.6 to 0.30 μg. The average recovery was 10 1.64% and the RSD was 0.37% (n. =5 ). Conclusion The method for the qualitative identification of wolfberry fruit and radix scutellariae and the determination method of berberine hydrochloride is simple, reliable and reproducible, and it can be used as a quality control method for preparations.
