本文应用单克隆抗体技术,对30例HBsAg携带儿童外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的检测并同时采用IFN和TF联合治疗的活态观察结果,携带儿童的大多数病例外周血CD_3~+、CD_4~+和CD_8~+细胞百分比及CD_4~+/CD_8~+的比值均低于正常值,从而提高携带者的大多数有免疫功能低下。采用IFN和TF联合治疗后取得了一定的疗效。CD_3~+、CD_4~+—CD_8~+细胞百分比有明显增加,接近于正常值,P<0.01。而且乙肝两对半由HBsAg和HBeAg转阴率也比灭澳灵和肝必复治疗组转阴率较高。从而提示IFN和TF联合治疗HBsAg携带儿童,能起到免疫促进和免疫调节作用。对HBsAg和HBeAg转阴也有一定疗效,但对HBcAb转阴还需要进一步观察。
In this paper, monoclonal antibody technology was used to detect the T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of 30 HBsAg-bearing children and the combined effect of IFN and TF was also observed. The results of CD3 +, CD4 + + And CD_8 ~ + cells and the ratio of CD_4 ~ + / CD_8 ~ + were lower than the normal value, so as to improve the carrier most of the immune dysfunction. After using IFN and TF combination therapy has made a certain effect. The percentage of CD_3 ~ +, CD_4 ~ + -CD_8 ~ + cells increased significantly, close to the normal value, P <0.01. And hepatitis B two pairs and a half by the negative rate of HBsAg and HBeAg also than the killing of omeprazole and liver treatment group had a higher negative conversion rate. Thus suggesting that IFN and TF combined treatment of HBsAg-carrying children, can play a role in immune promotion and immune regulation. Negative effects on HBsAg and HBeAg also have some effect, but HBcAb negative further needs to be observed.
