用ELISA双夹心法,以单克隆抗体为第二抗体,对60份水稻白叶枯病的病种和病叶进行检测,2张病叶在7ml0.01molPBS(pH7.2)中的浸出液稀释至32倍表现明显阳性;病种稻壳与PBS的比例(W/V)>1:3时效果明显。被测的病种稻壳浸出液的光密度值大于健种稻壳浸出液光密度值1.2倍可定为阳性。该法灵敏度为1.9μg/50μl。
Sixty copies of the diseased and diseased leaves of rice bacterial blight were detected by double-sandwich ELISA and the monoclonal antibody as the second antibody.
