本科人力资源管理课程的总体难度不大,但应用性和操作性较强,现有研究对案例教学法和情景模拟法等在本科人力资源管理课程教学中的应用进行了探讨,但缺乏角色互换教学法在本科人力资源管理课程教学应用中的介绍。对于这种管理类的课程来说,角色互换教学法非常适用。因此,为了提高本科人力资源管理课程的教学质量和教学效果,对角色互换教学法在本科人力资源管理课程教学中应用的步骤、效果和需注意的问题进行介绍。
The overall difficulty of undergraduate human resource management courses is not great, but the applicability and operability are strong. The existing researches have discussed the application of case teaching method and scenario simulation method in undergraduate human resources management course teaching, Introducing teaching method to undergraduate human resources management course teaching application. For this kind of management courses, the role-based teaching method is very applicable. Therefore, in order to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of undergraduate human resource management courses, this paper introduces the steps, effects and problems to be noticed in the teaching of human resources management courses in the role-exchange teaching method.
