带压大修配套装置及工艺技术研究是在原带压小修技术基础上深入研究的,在装置压力等级上进行升级,改进、完善装置结构,配套动力旋转密封系统、过滤循环罐等装置,解决施工时装置的稳定性能、变径工具分段堵塞的问题;解决钻具旋转动力、油套环空高压旋转密封、钻具堵塞及洗井通道难题。目前,该技术已在吉林、辽河油田施工现场成功应用14口井,取得了显著的成效。
