目的:以一年生和二年生白术为研究对象,研究其全生育期比叶重和地下根茎的变化规律,并对二者相关性进行分析,为白术快速测产提供实验依据。方法:采用定期挖掘法采挖一年生和二年生白术(根据地下根茎形态分为鸡腿型/蛙型、二叉型、武字型),测定比叶重和根茎干重,计算折干率和相关性。结果:一年生白术生育期比叶重呈N字型,二年生白术3种根茎类型的生育期比叶重呈直线增长,均在十月下旬达到最大值;所有根茎干重均呈现直线增长,并且根茎折干率随时间增加而增加。结论:一年生白术生育期比叶重根茎增重相关性较差,二年生各根茎类型白术呈现较强的正相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the variation regularity of leaf weight and underground rhizome during the whole growth period of A. macrocephala, both in annual and biennial conditions, and to analyze the correlation between the two, in order to provide experimental basis for rapid Atractylodes macrocephala production test. METHODS: The annual and biennial Atractylodes macrocephala were excavated by regular excavation method (differentiated by the shape of underground rhizomes: chicken-type/frog-type, bifurcated type, and Wu-type type). The specific leaf weight and root dry weight were measured and the dryness and correlation were calculated. . Results: The annual growth of Atractylodes macrocephala was N-shaped compared with the leaf weight. The growth period of the three rhizomes of Atractylodes Rhizome showed a linear increase from the leaf weight, which reached the maximum value in late October. The dry weight of all rhizomes showed a linear growth and the rhizomes. The dryness rate increases with time. Conclusion: The annual growth period of Atractylodes macrocephala is less related to the weight gain of rhizomes in leaves, and the rhizome of each rhizome type in the second year shows a strong positive correlation.
